BOOM! Wonderland is now B CORP CERTIFIED!

Since day one of Wonderland – which somehow is nearly eight years ago (!) – we’ve been on a mission to create a different kind of business: Putting people and purpose before profit, making inclusion and kindness part of our DNA, and trying our best to be gentler on the planet while we’re at it. 

So getting B Corp Certification felt like the obvious way to formalise how we do things, showing that we walk the walk as well as talk the talk, thanks to its seriously robust and thorough (as anyone who’s done it will tell you) audit process that holds businesses to high standards of social and environmental impact.

And we’re proving, along with other certified B Corps, that it’s possible to create places where people love to work and where we can do good, while turning a profit.

We’re especially proud of our achievements around ‘workers’. This section of the assessment evaluates a company’s contributions to its employees’ financial security, health and safety, wellness, career development and engagement & satisfaction. It recognises business models that are designed to benefit our team. We’ve achieved a stand-out score in this section, which is a reflection of how hard we’ve worked to create a different type of agency for our wonderful Wonderlanders. 

But it’s not just about us – B Corp is about shifting our whole economic system from profiting only the few, to benefiting us all, and working towards a world where ALL business is a force for good.
